Is Beauty Active authorised to distribute medical devices?
Beauty Active s.r.o. is a medical device wholesaler that has a valid permit from the State Office for Drug Control (SÚKL) to distribute medicines and medical devices (see https://www.sukl.cz/modules/distributors/index.php). We have extensive experience in handling medicinal products.
Who is Beauty Active wholesale for?
We are a wholesaler that supplies professionals only – only persons authorised to prescribe medicinal products and persons authorised to dispense medicinal products may visit our e-shop and purchase our products.
No order can be placed without proper registration and proof of medical certification.

How do I order goods?
You can order goods directly through our e-shop. To order, you need to register and submit a PDF or photo of your medical certificate at the time of registration. Alternatively, you can turn to an Account Manager in the field to assist and represent you.

What are the expiration dates on your merchandise?
New goods with long expiry dates are constantly being added to our stock. Both our warehouse and distribution processes follow standard regulations put in place by the Czech State Office for Drug Control (SÚKL).
When can I expect my goods to be delivered?
Beauty Active s.r.o. takes pride in its premium distribution service. As soon as you place your order and we receive payment, your goods are packaged and sent your way practically immediately on business days, so they should reach you within 24 hours, 48 hours max.
How can I return an item?
If your shipment is damaged or if you need to return goods for whatever reason, please contact our Back Office without any delay. Please dial the phone number listed on our website or send us an email.
Is there a training course that I can attend in connection with the products that I order from you?
We are currently preparing a training course for professionals.
Are your goods original goods and are they certified?
Beauty Active s.r.o. has a valid permit from the Czech State Office for Drug Control (SÚKL) to distribute medicines and medical devices. All the goods that we distribute are original items and have been approved for sale within the EU.
What are the expiration times of the products sold on Beauty-Active.eu?
The goods are shipped to Beauty Active s.r.o. regularly in and out. We pay high attention to the expiration of the products. This is at least 1.5 years.
Where does Beauty Active s.r.o. come from?
Beauty Active has an international background. The Distribution Centre for the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia and Hungary is located in Prague at Pod Pekařkou 107/1, 147 00 Prague 4.
