BELOTERO® SOFT with Lidocaine is a transparent gel suitable for injection into the dermis. This gel is made of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate of non-animal origin. This solution is injected into the superficial layer of the skin dermis and treats minor wrinkles on the skin surface. This product is manufactured by Merz Pharma, a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.

Aside from the dermal effects of hyaluronic acid, this product also contains Lidocaine, a local anesthetic that provides comfort and numbing effect during the cosmetic process.
